Blair McDonnell , Director

Blair was previously the President and Founder of the very successful Delta Mechanical, which was acquired by The Plan Group, in 2008. After 9 years with The Plan Group as Vice President of Mechanical, Blair decided it was time to branch out once again and go back to his roots. Blair prides himself on stellar customer service, job satisfaction, professionalism and a wealth of experience. As Director at OPUS, Blair’s key roles include business development, and oversight of the project management and estimating teams as well as general operations.

Scott Munro , Director

Scott is an industry executive with over 20 years of management experience in mechanical contracting. Most specifically; in the areas of full-service commercial retrofit, facility services, HVAC/R emergency service & preventative maintenance. Originally joining Adelt Mechanical as an apprentice, he grew into a Project Management role where eventually initiating the development of the "Facility Services Division" which targeted an elite clientele that required a dedicated & diversified team to meet the challenges that type of work entails. Adelt became one of the most respected in the industry. He took controlling interest as CEO of Adelt Mechanical in 2005 and continued on as CEO of COFELY ADELT following the sale to COFELY Services in 2012. Scott is an energetic leader with a core focus on building relationships. His driven leadership style, combined with his skills, has made him successful in starting up, developing and managing business models in the past.
